Staying at this hotel in Vila Nova was quite a mixed bag, but ultimately, I found it to be good value, especially for those seeking comfort close to the border. The owner was accommodating, even staying up late to let us in at 10 PM when we arrived late—big thanks for that! The room was spacious, featuring air conditioning and a mini-bar, which added to the convenience. While the 24-hour reception offers peace of mind, the in-room breakfast service could use some improvement. A grocery shopping service might be a handy addition for longer stays. If you're looking for a balance of luxury and value, this hotel strikes a fair compromise. Just remember, as a money-minded traveler, think about your priorities before splurging!
